- Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us at The Fish Man Gifts and Collectibles. We do not share information about our customers with anyone. The only exception is when you purchase certain club memberships we offer. We will then only provide information required by the manufacturer to complete your club membership application.
If you join any of our private mailing lists, we will provide you with periodic product updates. Yahoo Groups manages these mailings, and sometimes puts banner ads in the header of our e-mail messages. You can join or unsubscribe from these groups by selecting the appropriate links. To change your e-mail address, simply unsubscribe your old address and subscribe again with your new e-mail.
- Returns and Exchanges
If you receive a damaged item, we will replace it and reimburse you for your return freight charges. Please e-mail us before sending any items back. We will also gladly exchange any item which you are not satisfied with-just let us know what we can do to help. We do not reimburse freight charges for exchanges or refunds. Please note that we cannot exchange items which were not purchased from The Fish Man Gifts and Collectibles. All returns must be reported within two weeks of receiving your order.

Is is safe(secure) to shop online here?
Yes it is. You will notice that we use SSL secure encryption technology to protect your credit card information while you shop here. Secure pages will have a closed padlock icon in the corner of most browsers to verify this. In our opinion, shopping online(with a reputable dealer) is just as safe as conventional retail shopping.

Due to contractual obligations with our vendors, we cannot offer any discounts other than free shipping.
- Becoming a Dealer
We are an authorized dealer for the products we carry and cannot assist with any wholesale inquiries.
